Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 kiwis
  • ½ liter apple juice, well chilled

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Peel the kiwis, cut them into small pieces, and blend them with the apple juice in a suitable container using a hand blender or a food processor. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
