Kohlrabi and rice casserole

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 bags of rice
  • 1 large kohlrabi
  • 1 pack of cooked ham
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of cheese, grated
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Cook the rice as usual, cut the kohlrabi into sticks and boil in salted water until al dente. Cut the cooked ham into strips. Gently warm the cream with the herb cream cheese and season with salt and pepper. Finally, mix all ingredients together, pour into a baking dish, and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake in the oven at 180°C (convection oven) for approximately 20-25 minutes.
