Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 large carrots
- 1 m.-large kohlrabi
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 125 g water
- 2 leaves of wild garlic
- Carrot tops (from the two carrots)
- Kohlrabi leaves (from kohlrabi)
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel and dice the carrots, if desired. Peel and dice the kohlrabi. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Sauté the onions in oil. Add the vegetables and garlic. Sauté briefly, then add water. You can add a little salt at this point. Sauté for 10-12 minutes, until the vegetables are tender enough to bite. Meanwhile, chop the herbs. Add the herbs to the cooked vegetables and season to taste.
