Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 large kohlrabi
- 1 tsp, leveled vegetable broth, granulated
- 3 tbsp natural yogurt
- 4 tbsp applesauce
- little water, lightly salted
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and dice the potatoes and kohlrabi, and cook in a little lightly salted water for about 12 minutes. Toward the end of the cooking time, add the vegetable broth. In a soup bowl, combine the natural yogurt and applesauce. Pour the hot kohlrabi soup over the soup, stir, and serve.
