Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g Kritharaki (rice-shaped noodles)
- 1 cucumber(s)
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 g sheep’s cheese
- 3 packs of seasoning mix for salad dressing (paprika and herbs)

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the pasta, allowing it to still have some bite, and let it cool. Deseed and finely chop the cucumber. Dice the bell pepper, onion, and feta cheese. Prepare the salad dressing according to the instructions. It’s best to mix it with the pasta first to prevent it from sticking together. Then stir in the vegetables and cheese.
