Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 2 tbsp black currant vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp walnut oil
- n. B. Freshly chopped herbs, e.g. chives and parsley
- e.g. salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce. Mix the dressing and season to taste. Place the lamb’s lettuce on plates or in bowls. Pour the dressing over the lettuce and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
