Lamb's lettuce with shrimps and kiwis

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 3 kiwis, ripe
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 250 g shrimp
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp pepper, green
  • Salt and pepper, white

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the lettuce thoroughly. Peel the kiwis, halve them lengthwise, and then cut them into thick slices. Squeeze the orange. Combine one tablespoon of orange juice and the cognac and drizzle over the shrimp. Then, mix the cream cheese with the remaining orange juice and the horseradish until creamy and season with salt and pepper. Arrange all salad ingredients on salad plates and drizzle with the cream cheese dressing.
