Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 350g spaghetti
  • 2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
  • 1 can of tomatoes, chopped
  • 700 ml water
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 125 g cheese, grated (Gouda)
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 tsp pizza seasoning
  • 3 tsp seasoning mix (pastry seasoning)
  • cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

with spaghetti and mozzarella

Bring salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti until al dente. Brown the minced meat and onions in oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add the water, bring to a boil, dissolve the stock cubes, add the tomatoes, stir, and season the sauce with pizza seasoning and pasta seasoning. Simmer slightly, then thicken with cornstarch and season to taste. Alternate layers of spaghetti and sauce in a baking dish, starting with the pasta. Add the finely chopped mozzarella to the last layer of pasta, then the remaining sauce, and finally the grated Gouda. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 15 minutes.
