Leaf spinach in garlic butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 bag of leaf spinach, frozen 1000 g
  • 200 g butter
  • 5 large garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp, leveled salt
  • Parmesan, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Thaw the frozen spinach and carefully squeeze out the liquid. Peel the garlic cloves and slice them very thinly. Slowly melt the butter over low heat. The fat shouldn’t be too hot! Then add the garlic slices to the butter, add a level teaspoon of salt, and then slowly brown the garlic, also over low heat. Finally, add the spinach and toss in the hot garlic butter, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. A delicious, quick side dish for many dishes.
