Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 40 g fat or butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g liver(s), minced (chopped)
- 2 rolls
- ½ onion(s), finely chopped
- 40 g flour or breadcrumbs
- Parsley
- salt and pepper
- marjoram
- Thyme
- Grease for the tray
Instructions
Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Melt the fat and egg yolk in a pan, add the minced liver and soaked, well-drained bread rolls. Season, beat egg whites until stiff, and fold in the flour. Spread the mixture finger-thickly onto a greased baking sheet and bake at a high temperature. Once cooled, slice and serve as a soup garnish.
