Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 250 g leek
- 1 small onion(s)
- 30 g cream
- 50 g herb cream cheese
- 1 tsp oil
- salt and pepper
- Water

Cut the chicken breast fillet into approximately 1 cm cubes and fry in the oil until golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the meat from the pan and add a little water to loosen the browned pieces. Sauté the onion, then add the leek, adding more water a tablespoon at a time if necessary. When the vegetables are soft, add the cream and cream cheese and bring to a boil briefly. Add the meat and season with salt and pepper.
