Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g leek
- 200 g pasta
- 20 g butter
- 125 ml cream
- 100 ml milk
- 100 g cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the trimmed leek into strips, blanch in salted water for 1-2 minutes, and then rinse with cold water. Cook the pasta until al dente and toss with the leek strips. Bring the butter, cream, milk, and cheese to a boil, stirring constantly. Once the cheese has melted, season generously with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Transfer the pasta and leek mixture to a greased casserole dish and pour over the sauce. Bake the casserole in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes.
