Lemon branzino

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg fish (branzino, sea bass), gutted and filleted
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • some white wine, dry
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • some salt
  • some pepper from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Sea bass with lemon

Slice the onion and garlic cloves into rings and fry in a pan with hot olive oil. Slice the lemon. Oil a fireproof dish, place the fish fillets on top, and scatter the onion and garlic over the dish. Pour in the wine and a few drops of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and steam in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 15 minutes. Sprinkle the cooked fish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
