- 120 g almond(s), grated
- 80 g sugar
- 50 g candied lemon peel, very finely diced
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ lemon(s), grated peel
- 250 g powdered sugar
- Lemon juice, as needed

Combine the ground almonds, sugar, very finely diced candied lemon peel, the egg, and the grated zest of half an unsprayed lemon. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture to a thickness of a finger. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. For the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar with lemon juice until thick and fluffy (amount as needed). Cut the still-warm dough into small cubes, remove the cubes from the baking sheet, cover each cube with the glaze, and let cool.
