Lemon Fish from Oven

  • 4 Thick cod fillets
  • 115 g Cucumber
  • 2 Celery sticks
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley
  • Pepper

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the cucumber and celery into long, fine sticks and distribute them in an ovenproof dish. This must be so big that the fish fillets fit into it in one layer.
  1. Place the fillets side by side on the cucumber and celery strips. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Rub the peel off a lemon and then squeeze out the juice. Pour both over the fillets. Season with pepper.
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and put everything in the oven for 20 minutes. If the fish looks white and can be easily cut, it is done. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fillets.
