Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tomatoes, dried, preserved in oil
- 5 sage leaves
- 1 lime(s), squeezed
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
Instructions

goes well with vegetables, lamb and poultry
Peel and press the garlic. Dice the tomatoes and finely slice the sage. Mix everything together with the oil and spices. Pairs well with vegetables, lamb, and poultry.
