Lime – chives – butter

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g butter
  • 5 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
  • ½ tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
  • ½ tbsp lime juice
  • Lime peel, grated
  • some chives, for garnishing
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Mix room-temperature butter with all other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Form into a roll, wrap tightly in cling film, and chill thoroughly.
