Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g butter
- 5 tbsp chives, cut into rolls
- ½ tbsp thyme, fresh, chopped
- ½ tbsp lime juice
- Lime peel, grated
- some chives, for garnishing
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Mix room-temperature butter with all other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Form into a roll, wrap tightly in cling film, and chill thoroughly.
