Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g pasta (linguine)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 lemons
  • 250 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Parmesan, grated
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Crush the garlic and heat it in the olive oil, slowly over a low heat, as otherwise it quickly becomes bitter. Wash the lemons and zest one. Juice both lemons. Add the zest to the garlic and sauté. Add the cream and a little lemon juice and bring the sauce to a boil. Reduce slightly, then season with sugar, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Finely chop the parsley and add it. Mix the sauce with the drained pasta and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
