Lobster with rice

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lobster, frozen
  • 120 g rice
  • 1 tbsp vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • some garlic
  • possibly lemon(s)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the lobster in vegetable broth for 2-3 minutes. Then remove it and cook the rice in the broth according to the package instructions. Chop the garlic, sauté it in a separate pot, and add the butter. When the butter has melted, the dish is ready. Serve the lobster with the rice and garlic. If desired, garnish with a lemon.
