Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g watercress, roughly chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 3 tbsp pine nuts
- 1 dl olive oil
- a little pepper
- 3 tbsp cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Puree or finely chop the watercress, garlic, and pine nuts together. Gradually stir in the oil, season with pepper, and mix everything with the cheese.
