Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp cream cheese
  • 3 tbsp sour cream or curd
  • 1 m.-sized eggs
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or some lemon zest
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • 4 strawberries
  • Xylitol (sugar substitute), optional

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes

Microwave mug cake

Combine the ingredients in a cup and whisk. Chop the strawberries and stir in. Microwave at 600 watts for 2-3 minutes.
