Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g peas, frozen
- some water
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 slices of salmon ham
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
simple, delicious
Place the peas in a pot and pour in enough water to just cover the peas. Then add salt. Cut the smoked ham into small pieces and add it to the pot. Cook for a good 15 minutes, until the peas are tender. Remove approximately 200g of peas from the pot and set aside. Purée the rest thoroughly in the pot with a hand blender. Return the skimmed peas to the pot and stir in a tablespoon of crème fraîche.
