Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 handful of strawberries, frozen
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 150 ml milk
  • 3 tbsp, heaped protein powder
  • 1 tsp powdered sweetener

Take the strawberries out of the freezer half an hour in advance; if you have a suitable blender, you can also use them frozen. Place the strawberries in a blender or a tall container with yogurt, milk, sweetener, and protein powder. Blend with the blender or an immersion blender until the strawberries are chopped and the shake is nice and creamy. The protein powder should be neutral or have a subtle vanilla flavor; the sweetener is for those who find the protein powder not sweet enough. Otherwise, it can be omitted.
