Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 5 leaves of wild garlic, fresh, finely chopped
- 1 handful of cherry tomatoes
- 1 pack of cottage cheese
- 1 pack of crème légère, with herbs
- 100 g Emmental cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the lower third of the asparagus, then boil or steam for about 10-15 minutes. Then spread it into a quiche dish or round cake tin. Combine the remaining ingredients, except the cherry tomatoes, in a mixing bowl and mix well with a mixer. Pour the mixture over the asparagus and spread evenly. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top. Bake in a preheated oven at approximately 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-35 minutes.
