Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 egg(s)
- 20 g protein powder (vanilla flavor)
- 5 g psyllium husks
- 20 g lupin flour
- 25 g soy flour
- 20 g erythritol (sugar substitute)
- 20 ml carbonated mineral water
- 60 g raspberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Mix all ingredients, except the raspberries, into a batter. Spread 6 circles, each weighing approximately 50g, onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and top each with 10g of raspberries. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for 15-20 minutes.
