Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g leaf spinach, fresh or thawed if frozen
- 250 g salmon, fresh or thawed if frozen
- 250 g Gouda, grated
- 6 eggs, size M
- 100 g shepherd’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- n. B. garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Combine all ingredients, except the feta cheese and salmon, and season with spices. Pour half of the mixture into a 24 or 26 cm diameter cake pan and top with the diced salmon. Pour the remaining mixture over the salmon layer and finally sprinkle the diced feta cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for approximately 45 minutes. 3 g of carbohydrates per serving – 578 kcal per serving.
