Low-Carb Tuna and Avocado Tartare

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tuna steak(s), approx. 250 g
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • ½ lime(s), juice
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tsp chili flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

also possible with mango

Dice the avocados. Dice the tuna. Combine all other ingredients, stirring half into the avocado cubes and the other half into the tuna. Place a serving ring on the plate and fill first with the avocado pieces, then with the tuna. Press everything down firmly. Remove the ring and serve immediately. This serves enough as an appetizer for 3 people or as a light dinner for 2 people. Tip: Optionally, you can mix the avocado cubes with half a finely diced mango. This will make the recipe less low-carb.
