Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 5 spring onions
- 3 beefsteak tomatoes
- 2 small zucchini
- 10 olives, black, pitted
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- some salt and pepper
- 1 clove(s) garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and wash the spring onions and slice them into thin rings. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stems, and dice them. Peel and finely slice the zucchini. Rub a salad bowl with a halved garlic clove. Add the olives and the remaining ingredients to the bowl. Prepare the marinade from the remaining ingredients and pour it over the salad. Mix everything well. Serve with garlic baguette.
