Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g leaf spinach, frozen
- 4 fish fillet(s) (Pangasius), frozen
- 80 g cheese, grated, 16% fat
- ½ lemon(s), juice
- 100 ml vegetable stock
- Salt
- Pepper, freshly ground
- Chili powder, freshly ground
- Harissa
- Herbs, Italian, dried

Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Thaw spinach. Season with pepper, salt, and nutmeg and add to the baking dish. Thaw fish fillet. Wash and pat dry. Drizzle with lemon juice. Season with salt, pepper, chili, harissa, and herbs. Place on the bed of spinach. Pour the vegetable broth over it and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven for approximately 35–40 minutes.
