Mango and Lentil Curry

The perfect mango and lentil curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cup Basmati rice
  • 1 Cup Beluga lentils
  • 1 Fresh mango
  • 1 tbsp Orange-Mango-Curry Mustard
  • Fresh ginger
  • 1 Orange fresh
  • Vegetable broth
  • Coconut milk
  1. Cook rice and lentils as indicated. Peel the mango and cut into cubes. Fillet 1 orange. Chop the ginger into small pieces. Mix everything in a wok. Add some vegetable stock (homemade). Refine with coconut milk and mango and orange curry mustard. I first salt the rice and lentils in the wok. Good Appetite
