Mango Coconut Shake

Ingredients
 

  • 2 piece Mangoes
  • 400 ml Coconut milk
  • 300 g Yogurt
  • 6 cl Coconut syrup

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mango and cut into large pieces. Puree finely with the remaining ingredients. Fill into 4 glasses and serve with ice cubes if desired.
  • For decoration you can dip the edges of the glass in water and press them into desiccated coconut. Instead of coconut syrup, you can also use coconut liqueur.
