Mango Papaya Lassi

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 mango(s)
  • 1 papaya
  • 375 ml buttermilk
  • 1 cup yogurt (full milk)
  • ½ vanilla pod(s)
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 dashes lemon(s), fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Peel the mango and cut the flesh away from the pit. Cut the papaya open, remove the seeds, and scoop out the flesh. Scrape out the vanilla seeds. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Done! Serve well chilled. It’s also delicious if you replace the papaya with a banana!
