Maryland Soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g scampi or langostinos, cooked
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tbsp whiskey
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 125 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

American crab soup

Peel and finely chop the onion, and sauté it in butter until translucent. Add the chopped crab meat, sauté for a few minutes, then deglaze with whiskey. Add the milk and cream and simmer the soup in a covered pan for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
