Ingredients
 

  • 1 kg Beef goulash
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 tbsp Ground turmeric spice
  • 1,5 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Whole caraway seeds
  • 10 Garlic cloves peeled
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp Chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander
  • 1 Green chilli pepper
  • 2 tbsp Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Halve the onion and cut into thin strips
  • Put approx. 100ml oil in a pressure cooker and heat, now add the onion and fry until brown
  • Add the meat, garlic and all the spices and let the pressure cooker sizzle for 2 minutes
  • Then open the pot and when everything is well done, add tomato paste, yoghurt and ginger and let simmer
  • at the end fr. Add the coriander and the fried chilli pepper and let it simmer until the oil separates and the delicious curry is ready. Have fun cooking and enjoy your meal
  • Hello everyone I want to make a little addendum quickly and after you open the pressure cooker and not enough sauce has formed, add some water for the desired consistency 🙂
