Mascarpone Cream with Amaretto
The perfect mascarpone cream with amaretto recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 P Custard powder
- 0,5 L Milk
- 60 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 good shot Amaretto
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 1 small glass Cocktail cherries
- Amarettinis
- Mocha powder to taste
- Mix the pudding powder with sugar, 6 tbsp of the milk and the egg yolks. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil, stir in the mixed pudding powder, bring to the boil again. After cooking, cover the pudding with cling film so that no skin forms and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, divide the amarettinis into 4 glasses and drizzle with the amaretto. Drain the cocktail cherries.
- After cooling, mix the mascarpone and liqueur with the pudding. Distribute the cream between the 4 glasses. Crumble some amarettini and spread over the cream with cocktail cherries as a decoration.
- Chill until ready to eat.
- PS: I forgot the mocha powder out of sheer zeal, but it was also delicious :)))
