Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Mascarpone
  • 2 tbsp Whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 5 Basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey liquid
  • 100 g Fresh strawberries
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  • Mix the mascarpone with the cream and lemon juice until smooth. Wash the basil, shake dry and cut into small pieces. Puree 2 tablespoons of mascarpone mixture with powdered sugar and basil. Gradually stir in the rest of the mascarpone mixture. Refrigerate.
  • Bring the balsamic vinegar with honey to the boil while stirring. Reduce syrupy over a low flame. Let cool down. Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into fine slices.
  • Arrange the strawberries on a dessert plate. Drizzle with the balsamic vinegar. Pour the basil cream into a piping bag and spray into the center of the strawberries. Garnish with fresh basil.
