Maultaschen with zucchini and mushrooms

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of Maultasche(s), 400 g
  • 2 onions
  • 2 zucchinis
  • 500 g mushrooms
  • 1 cup herb cream cheese
  • black pepper
  • 1 pinch(s) of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp broth
  • 1 bunch of mixed herbs
  • Olive oil or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the onions, chop them into small pieces, and fry them in butter or olive oil. Clean the zucchini, halve them, slice them, and add them to the pan. Slice the Maultaschen and fry them with the zucchini. Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and add them to the pan. Season with broth, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and pepper. Add the cream cheese and finely chopped herbs. Cook for 10 minutes in the mushroom liquid.
