Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 5 stalk(s) leeks, small
- 5 m.-sized onion(s)
- 5 carrots
- 40 g butter
- 1 liter of broth
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 sprig(s) of thyme
- 1 cup(s) peas
- 125 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- ½ bunch chives
- ½ bunch parsley
- some cheese, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
A slightly different soup
Clean the vegetables. Slice the leeks, carrots, and onions. Place the butter in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables. Then add the broth, milk, and thyme and simmer for about 20 minutes. Next, add the peas and cream and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Finally, season the soup with salt, pepper, chives, and parsley to taste. Serve among plates and sprinkle with grated cheese.
