Simple Mascarpone Cake

  • 350 g Wheat flour type 550

  • 4 Eggs
  • 2,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Vanilla flavor
  • 60 ml Milk
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Beat the egg whites of 2 eggs and set aside.
