Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g wheat flour
- 200 g rye flour
- 50 g oat flakes
- 100 g seeds (sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, walnuts…)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 350 ml water
- 100 g dried tomatoes
- 50 g pitted olives

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 40 minutes
Simple, with sun-dried tomatoes and olives
If the sun-dried tomatoes are salted, less salt is needed! The amount of sun-dried tomatoes and olives is variable and can be adjusted to taste. Combine all ingredients except the water in a mixing bowl and mix. Then add the water and mix with a dough hook for about 3 minutes. Grease a loaf pan and pour in the dough. Then cut a 1 cm deep cut lengthwise into the surface. Bake on the middle rack of an unheated oven at 190°C for 60 minutes using top/bottom heat. Let cool and turn out the bread when cold.
