Mexican Fire Meat
The perfect mexican fire meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 3 Onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- 750 g Lean beef from the leg
- 2 piece Green peppers
- 2 piece Red peppers
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sweet paprika
- 4 piece Tomatoes
- 2 Cans Canned kidney beans
- 0,25 l Water
- Peel the onion and garlic …. cut the onion into cubes … dice the garlic very finely
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces
- Wash the peppers, cut in half lengthways, remove the kernels and cut into strips
- Brew the tomatoes, peel them, quarter them and remove the seeds
- Pour the beans into a sieve and rinse ……. let them drain
- Heat the oil and stir-fry the meat until crispy
- Add onions and garlic ….. with braised
- Add the peppers and spices, pour in the water, stir
- in a closed pot at medium. cook for about 90 minutes
- Add tomatoes and beans to the meat … cook for another 30 minutes
- season to taste again …….. serve with rice or flatbread
