Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 50 g bamboo shoots
- 100 g mung bean sprouts
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- Soy sauce
- Sambal Oelek
- 300 ml vegetable stock
- 250 g mie noodles

made easy and quick
First, cook the noodles. Follow the instructions on the package. Then, finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent. Then, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and add to the onions. Crush the garlic and add it. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add a dash of soy sauce and a pinch of sambal oelek. Then add the bamboo shoots and mung bean sprouts. Sauté everything for one to two minutes, then deglaze with the stock. Now add the cooked noodles. Simmer everything for another five minutes, then the meal is ready to serve. Tip: You can add other vegetables, but we like this version best.
