Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g pasta, spirals
  • 300 ml milk, 1.5%
  • 3 tbsp sugar, brown
  • 350 g plum(s), dark (4 pcs.)
  • 1 dashes lemon juice, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Recipe for a 3.5 l slow cooker, 170 watts

Place the dry spiral noodles in the pot and set on high. Measure the milk and pour in the milk. Add the brown sugar, stir well, and cover for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Pit the plums, cut them into eighths, then cut them into small cubes. Squeeze over the lemon juice, mix well, cover, and set aside. After the specified time, stir the plums into the pasta in the pot and cover for another 45 minutes. The pasta should be cooked through after this time. If you have too much liquid, thicken it with a little starch. Then you can serve it. If you like, sprinkle vanilla sugar or cinnamon sugar over the finished dish.
