Minced meat, leek, potato and cheese stew

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), alternatively onion salt
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 400 g potatoes
  • 500 ml broth
  • 200 g processed cheese, possibly low-fat
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Wash the leeks and potatoes, finely chop the onion and leek. Season the ground beef to taste and brown it in a medium saucepan with the onion. Add the leeks and sauté for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, peel and dice the potatoes. Add the potatoes and broth and simmer until the potatoes are tender (15-25 minutes). Finally, stir in the processed cheese and season to taste.
