Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g mushrooms
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 250 g gherkins
- 1 onion(s)
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- 200 ml vegetable stock
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Peel and dice the onion. Clean the mushrooms and halve or slice them, if desired. Add a little oil to a pan and fry the mushrooms until golden brown, then remove. Add a little more oil to the pan and fry the minced meat until crumbly. Add the onions about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dust with flour and sauté. Deglaze with milk and vegetable stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Halve the cucumbers lengthwise and slice them. Mix them with the mushrooms and the minced meat and season again to taste. Serve with baguette, rice, pasta, or potatoes.
