Minced meat rolls

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 15 baguette rolls
  • 1 ½ kg minced meat
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can of corn
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Party recipe

Halve the rolls crosswise. Wash, deseed, and dice the bell peppers. Finely dice the onion and feta. Drain the beans and corn. Mix the minced meat with all the vegetables, feta, and grated cheese, and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Divide the seasoned minced meat mixture among the 30 half rolls and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30-40 minutes. Every oven bakes differently, so consider your own oven’s baking times.
