Minced meat stew with leek

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 500 g minced beef or mixed
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 50 g tomato puree
  • 125 ml meat broth
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 250 ml sour cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Briefly sauté the chopped onions in oil and butter in a frying pan. Then increase the heat, add the minced meat to the pan, and brown. Reduce the heat to low, then add the trimmed and sliced ​​leeks, tomato paste, meat broth, mustard, and seasonings to taste. Simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Just before serving, stir in the sour cream. Serve with rice or noodles. This dish is also great for freezing. Add the cream after thawing and warming.
