Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 120 g macaroni
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1.3 liters of water
  • 5 tsp, heaped vegetable stock powder
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 800 g mixed vegetables of your choice
  • 1 pinch of chili powder
  • 1 baguette(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, blanch the vegetables in salted water for about 4 minutes. Drain the vegetables and pasta. Sauté the tomato paste in a little oil in a pot. Finely chop the garlic and add it. Add the vegetables to the pot and sauté briefly. Mix the water and vegetable stock powder and pour into the pot. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes, until the vegetables are al dente. Add the pasta and season with salt and pepper. Serve with the bread. Approximately 200 kcal per serving.
