Mini tarte flambée

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup crème fraîche with herbs
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • n. B. bell pepper(s), finely chopped
  • n. B. Tomato(s), chopped
  • n. B. Ham, diced

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

ideal for the next party

Knead the flour, water, salt, and olive oil into a smooth dough. Let the dough rest briefly. Then, using a rolling pin, roll out the dough very thinly and cut out small circles (ideally the size of a cup opening). Place the dough circles on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread the crème fraîche with herbs on top. Sprinkle with some cheese and, if desired, top with some ham, peppers, or tomatoes. Bake the mini tarte flambées in the oven for about 10 minutes at 220°C, Gas Mark 7.
