Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red or orange
  • 4 eggs, hard boiled
  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • ½ can corn
  • 200 g mushrooms, white
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 200 g ham
  • 15 olives, black
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 pack of mini mozzarella
  • 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 5 tbsp water
  • 5 tbsp sunflower oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 5 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the cucumber and bell peppers. Cut the ham, red onion, cucumber, and bell pepper into small pieces. Trim and slice the mushrooms and onion. Heat the butter in a pan and lightly fry the mushrooms and white onion. Meanwhile, hard-boil the eggs. For the dressing, combine the oil, water, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, mustard, cream, sugar, salt, and pepper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and serve.
